Richard A. Hahn - Chief Executive Officer

Richard's background includes management and executive positions at IBM, Datapoint, Pertec, Vector Graphic, and International Meta Systems. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fingraph Corporation and of Thin Film Battery, Inc., a publicly traded company. He was the Founder and General Partner of Enterprise Connections LLC, a management consulting firm to small and mid-market companies. He has served on the board of directors of several high technology companies and has managed numerous private placements and venture financings. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and was a commissioned officer, attaining the rank of Captain, in the United States Marine Corps.

James Lau - Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer

James co-founded Broadband TelCom Power Inc. in 1999 to introduce a portfolio of high density power conversion products, designed around the proprietary Flat Matrix Transformer Technology, into the telecom market. Prior to that he was instrumental in the development and initial commercialization of that technology as Founder and CEO of Flat Transformer Technology. His management experience also includes serving as President and CEO of Amidon Associates, a manufacturer and distributor of transformer cores and inductors. He has co-authored numerous technical articles on power electronics and has presented papers at major power industry conferences. He is a graduate of Texas Tech with a BSEE and earned a MSEE at UCLA.

Etienne van Ballegooyen – Director, Operations & Administration

Etienne co-founded Power Technics BV in The Netherlands, a power supply company later acquired by Broadband TelCom Power, Inc. He successfully managed the Company's European division for 5 years before being transferred to its U.S. corporate office. His education, professional background and experience cover finance, manufacturing and engineering operations for electronics companies. He is a graduate of the Erasmus Rotterdam School of Management with a Master degree in Business Administration.

Xu Xiang Ping – Director of Engineering

Xu has more than 15 years of design and applications experience in the power supply industry. This experience includes the design of power supplies for telecommunication systems, networking systems, and high current density industrial products, among other industry applications, using the FMTX technology. He has served in engineering management positions at EG&G and Great Wall Computer Group, and also provided technical consulting to customers and application support for marketing. He is a graduate of UESTC (University of Electronics Science and Technology of China) with BSEE and earned a MSEE.
