BTCPower Announces Appointment of Richard A. Hahn

as Chief Executive Officer

BTCPower announced the appointment of Richard A. Hahn as Chief Executive Officer of Broadband TelCom Power, Inc. Dick has most recently served as the Company's Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales since joining the Company in April 2004. Dick's background includes management and executive positions at IBM, Datapoint, Pertec, Vector Graphic, and International Meta Systems. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fingraph Corporation and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Thin Film Battery, Inc., a publicly traded company.

Dick was the Founder and General Partner of Enterprise Connections LLC, a management consulting firm to small and mid-market companies. He has been a member of the board of directors of several high technology companies and has managed numerous private placements and venture financings. Dick is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and served as a commissioned officer, attaining the rank of Captain, in the United States Marine Corps.
